Residential Up to 1 Acre (12 month contract) ...... up to $250.00 + tax

Residential Up to 2 Acres (12 month contract) ...............$325.00 + tax

Residential Up to 5 Acres (12 month contract) ...............$425.00 + tax

Residential Acreage Terms:

Price based on total size of your property, we only maintain your landscaped area. If more than one residence is on the property there is an additional charge of $150.00 per residence.  If the area you reside in is outside our regular route or travel time it will be a judgement call by our Mole Guy's.

Townhouses, Condominiums, Apartments, Commercial Sites, Parks Etc. are individually priced, and may vary. Prices include regular visits until clear, plus any new moles that may move in during the length of contract.
